Advantages of 179 G Finned Tube:

1. Superior Heat Transfer Efficiency
   The G type fin is mechanically embedded into pre-cut grooves on the tube surface and then backfilled, forming a tight metallurgical contact. This design minimizes thermal resistance, ensuring optimal heat transfer between the base tube and fins.

2. Excellent Fin Bonding Strength
   Compared to externally wrapped or welded fins, embedded G-type fins have higher mechanical stability. They resist fin loosening or detachment even under conditions of high airflow vibration or thermal cycling.

3. Corrosion Resistance
   The aluminum fins (AL1060) provide excellent corrosion resistance against atmospheric and industrial gases, which protects the carbon steel base tube and extends the service life of the equipment.
